Comprehensive Birth Support Package

We will work together to make sure you feel prepared, supported,and empowered before, during, and after your birth!

Please note that I typically serve only one family per month which means my time and energy is reserved just for you! This also means my schedule
fills 6-8 months in advance, so it is best to reach out early.

✺ 4 prenatal visits at which I learn more about you, your support team, and your vision for birth; answer questions; provide education and evidence based information on various labor and birth processes and options ; guide you in outlining your birth preferences; and provide instruction on comfort techniques including the rebozo so you and your partner feel prepared with a toolbox full of helpful support strategies. These visits are hybrid and either done through video conferencing or held in-person in your home.

✺ Unlimited phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

​

✺ 24 hour on-call availability starting 2 weeks before your due date.

​

✺ Continuous active labor support in your chosen birth setting.

​

✺ Immediate postpartum support in you birth setting once baby has arrived to assist with breastfeeding, answer questions, and help you settle in.

​

✺ 1 postpartum visit during your first week home to offer support as you process your birth experience, assist with breastfeeding and newborn care questions, provide referrals and resources, and discuss whatever else you’d like.

​

✺ Weekly postpartum check-ins for your first 4 weeks postpartum. In addition to texted check-ins I will remain available for calls or Zoom sessions to answer questions, offer reassurance, and continue to support you as you process your birth and early postpartum experiences.
