Join us for an comprehensive, common sense childbirth class designed with modern families in mind. Our approach is an all-encompassing model, not specific to one type of childbirth 'method' or specific birth setting. Together, we will dive into a wide variety of topics including normal progress of labor and birth, preparing our bodies for birth, natural comfort support techniques, inductions and interventions, and medical pain management. Our fourth class covers a wide variety of postpartum topics including the immediate postpartum period, what to exepct with your newborn, navigating early postpartum, breastfeeding, and planning for the 4th trimester. We offer evidence based education and a variety of perspectives to help you find what works best for your family.
